FROM AMBITION TO ACHIEVEMENT
DEPLOY THE ASSIGNMENT
For the expanding ambitious leader ready to Accelerate with Power and increased Faith + Inner Leadership to navigate transitions for what’s next.
Ancient wisdom says “My people are destroyed for lack of Knowledge and lack of Vision.“ This statement induces the lack of identity, values, purpose, motivation, alignment, and oppresses our ability to be guided toward an inner expression of “freedom to explore and see” what’s next.
Being in a state of lack keeps a person stuck, stagnant, or stifled. Lack keeps a person from moving forward with clarity of the vision, confidence in the mission, courage for the assignment, and commitment to achieve goals. Lack keeps people from transforming ambition into meaningful achievements.
SHIFTS IN YOUR SPIRIT & SOUL—MIND, WILL, & EMOTIONS
I refer to “spectrum paradigm” as a repurposing or repositioning of an array of gifts, abilities, talents, and skills from past assignments being applied differently to future assignments.
Spectrum Paradigm, my brand design company, was conceived through an illumination derived from the principle definition and vision concept of a prism.
Webster’s dictionary states that, in optics, a prism is a 3-D transparent element used to separate white light passing through its surfaces into a spectrum of multi-colors. This definition became a new perspective, a new paradigm, an ah-ha moment, from which I now apply to my everyday life.
Let me explain.
There was a time when I was stuck, stagnant, stifled, unhappy, and unfulfilled in my life. I didn’t have a personal vision, mission, or plan for what was next. So when I experienced this ah-ha moment, I made the choice to adopt this principle as a new brand identity empowerment process into my personal, spiritual, and professional life.
I began to envision how this white light (The Hope of Glory) would shine through my dark reality of disappointments and setbacks, into the PRISM (my life) to create colorful (joyful) results out of the darkness. I started seeing the Lord’s ways as a paradigmatic model and the Lord as my life coach—more than just an instrumental tool that represents a means to an end.
That PARADIGM shift in my thought process renewed my mind, will, and emotions. I had a new perspective on how life works. It was through my hopes, dreams, and visions that produced a determination not to stay stuck or stagnant any longer. I had the ability to visualize a spectrum of new ideas, opportunities, and possibilities for what was next.
This shift is what gives me the ability to navigate any transition and this is why I use this same perspective to help clients define their visions, missions, goals, true identity and walk in authority & power for what’s next.
LEADS TO AMBITIOUS VISIONS
My life experiences teaches me to be content with whatever blessings bestowed upon me. Throughout my journey, I’ve learned “how to get along and live humbly in difficult times, and I also know how to enjoy abundance and live in prosperity.”
I’ve learned to establish a balanced co-dependence on the Resurrection Power, His timing, and His authority. This not only allows me to be content, but it produces peace & joy that surpasses all understanding in my life as well as in my relationships.
The secret of contentment in all circumstances, good, bad, and ugly, is rooted in the heart & mind of Christ and deep introspection that shifts paradigms. You might be happy, but being happy doesn’t necessarily mean you have joy and contentment. You might be able to focus on the positives, however, you may still feel stuck or stagnant in not knowing how to “see” tomorrow or navigate what’s next.
Before I understood what contentment meant to me, I had to be real with myself. I had A LOT of ambitious God ideas, plans, strategies, visions, etc. However, I lacked conviction and courage to consistently execute those ambitions.
Although I was content at one level, it didn’t transition well for the next level. What was next required me to go within and take a deeper, closer look at all aspects of my life—mind, will, & emotions. It required me to make paradigm shifts in my beliefs, identity, habits, and patterns.
During this process, I discovered I was misaligned in three seasons of promotion—pruning seasons, preparation seasons, and positioning seasons. Once I yielded to God’s planned process, I began to be content in knowing how to navigate any transition for what’s next “in season and out of season”.
This led to new levels of contentment in activating ambitious visions that now transform into desired achievements “little by little“.
If any of this resonates, then it might be your SEASON OF PROMOTION—new level of contentment that will lead to ambitious visions becoming desired achievements.
