My journey began in the unraveling of everything I once built my life upon. I walked away from a promising corporate career, untangled myself from the grips of a social organization, exited two cult-like ministry communities, and navigated the mental and emotional identity-shifting reality of divorce.

What once defined me —  affiliations, roles, titles, marriage, and expectations — collapsed all at once.

With that collapse came a question I couldn’t ignore: Who am I without all of this?

What looked like failure was, in truth, a forced awakening. There was no blueprint. Only tension in-between. So I stopped searching for another system to fit into and found the core-centered solution that reconnected me to truth.

Now I guide others through that same journey.
