Vision Conceptualization

SEEING WHAT YOUR EYES CAN’T SEE

DEFINE THE VISION
For the emerging leader ready to Align Personal Values & Vision in order to enjoy their life with Clarity + Purpose so they can be prepared for what’s next.

Vision Conceptualization is for individuals who may not see themselves as leaders but have a God-given vision inside them that needs to be personally led with faith to bridge the gap for what’s next in life.

Vision Conceptualization involves using mental imagery to vividly examine what the LORD has already given you in visions and dreams with instructions, strategies, and assignments whether it is for your personal life, business, or ministry.

We use a listening & processing method that takes you on a mental journey back to when that vision was first given to you—what did you see, hear, taste, smell, feel, do?

Where were you then, where are you now, where do you want to be—personally, spiritually, professionally? What was your overall well-being experience—mentally, emotionally, physically, financially, & spiritually?

We draw out of your life experiences to help you connect your purpose with past, present, and future assignments by focusing on details and experiencing the feeling of them already being achieved.

You will to Examine the seen and simple, Reflect on your journey experiences, Imagine visions/insights becoming your reality, and Connect the seen with the unseen; so you can Evolve from where you are to where you need to be, Align/Activate/Accelerate your renewed mindset and behavior to return to the original vision that Results in revealing your HeArt (purpose) through self-discovery, self-awareness, and self-actualization.

Lord, Open the Eyes of my Understanding and the EARS of my HEART to reveal my ART.

This process leads you toward developing the right heart to create the best results and patterns to transform your leadership journey by defining your vision + values, discovering your authentic identity, developing your authority + power, and designing your planned process for positioned deployment.

What did the LORD say to you in your vision?

“Then the Lord said to me, “Write my answer plainly on tablets, so that a runner can carry the correct message to others.”

This vision is for a future time. It describes the end, and it will be fulfilled. If it seems slow in coming, wait patiently, for it will surely take place. It will not be delayed.

Look at the proud! They trust in themselves, and their lives are crooked. But the righteous will live by their faithfulness to God.”

-Habakkuk 2:2-4 NLT

Hindsight is Always 20/20

It’s never in the moment that you see the plan. You always have to look back to see the process.

Are You Listening With Lying Eyes?

People who can’t hear, will see, thus the old adage —“I can show you better than I can tell you!”

Giants & Grasshoppers

WHOSE REPORT DO YOU BELIEVE?

God had already told the people about the goodness of the Promised Land and that they would have His total support in conquering it. At their request, God allowed Moses to send twelve spies to gather intel about the land of Canaan.

Ten of the spies came back with a discouraging report that they would not be able to conquer the land because its occupants were too big and strong and the land was well guarded. They saw the occupants as giants and themselves as grasshoppers.

However, Joshua and Caleb, two of the twelve spies, contended that if the people had faith in God and His promise to their forefathers, they would most assuredly overcome the occupants of Canaan.

The ten spies’ negative report destroyed the confidence of the rest of the Israelite’s. Even though they had previously witnessed their own deliverance from Egypt and many miracles of provision along the journey in the wilderness, they were now in despair. They no longer believed with faith and hope that God was all powerful and mighty enough to keep His promise to guide them in conquering the Promised Land.

Only Two Spies

ARE YOU OF THE TWO OR TEN?

Joshua and Caleb were the only two of the ten spies who brought back a positive report. They were the only two of their generation to enter the Promised Land.

What does the Bible teach us about the shift of mentality we should have when faced with giants?

  • Do you find yourself seeing negative outcomes before they actually happen?
  • Do you let fear and anxiety dictate your reality and blur your understanding?
  • Does fear of the unknown overpower your confidence and weaken your convictions?
  • Do you have faith in yourself and in God who can defeat any giant that you face?

Having a negative mentality—thoughts, visions, and speech—will cause hopelessness and a lack of motivation to navigate what’s next. The discouragement of not being able to see the victory is what makes us lose perspective, deny possibilities, and miss open door opportunities due to lack of conviction to keep moving forward.

This is the time we must choose to learn how to think more than we allow being told what to think so that we can encourage ourself and others.

  • Choose to listen and believe that there is always another perspective.
  • Choose to focus on the positive that you hear and experience.
  • Choose to reflect on the gifts, abilities, talents, and skills that God has given you.

Are you ready to STOP procrastinating, START believing in how great your God is able to conquer what’s next?
