Life & Visionary Leadership

COACHING | CONSULTING FOR YOUR SEASONS OF PROMOTION

DEVELOP THE CO-MISSION
For the evolving leader ready to Activate their Authentic Identity & Authority with Confidence + Courage to be positioned for what’s next.

If you are a faith-driven visionary leader like myself, you want to go from here to beyond there with clarity, conviction, confidence, and courage to make more accurate decisions.

In my life experiences, I’ve noticed that personal vision statements are good for explaining where you are going and mission statements are great at explaining why you exist; but what actually bridges the GAP between here and beyond there while you discover the how & when to get to what’s next?

What you can Expect

WHILE LEARNING TO NAVIGATE YOUR SEASONS OF PROMOTION FOR WHAT’S NEXT

Paradigm Shifts

This occurs when existing presumptions, assumptions, or beliefs are challenged to develop new ways of thinking that better align with changing circumstances and understandings.

Character Refinement

The process of improving personal qualities through conscious effort and reflection that involves identifying values, negative traits, for personal, spiritual, & professional growth.

Behavioral Patterns

Awareness of recurring reactions to specific situations or experiences that can be influenced or learned behaviors that may need to be altered before you experience what’s next.

Changing Habits

This involves breaking old ones and forming new ones. A helpful approach is to identify the triggers of unwanted habits, then disrupt and replace them with desired actions.

What’s holding you back?

Is it internal—procrastination, lack of confidence, fears or limiting beliefs? External—circumstances or other people? or Are you waiting on God?

Waiting for God’s Timing…

or IS GOD WAITING ON US?

What does waiting for God’s timing really look like?

Our waiting season is a time to come into alignment with what God has already prepared and established for us.

We may be responding “Here I am. Send me.” to the Lord’s asking in Isaiah 6:8 “Whom should I send as a messenger to this people? Who will go for us?” Take notice, there’s a divine pause—period full stop” between “here I am” and “send me.”

I’ve come to understand that period can signify a waiting season—A time of preparation to become a sent one, not a went one so we are able to make a fruitful impact for the special assignment.

In my “just keep living” experiences, there are three seasons connected to our life’s journey:

  1. A Pruning Season – God’s process of removing what is unfruitful to foster growth and productivity and selectively cutting back healthy branches to encourage more abundant fruit.
  2. A Preparation Season – A time dedicated to getting ready for something significant and being intentional about aligning yourself and actions with upcoming opportunities or challenges. It involves introspection, personal, spiritual, and/or professional growth, and developing the character necessary to navigate the transition for what’s next.
  3. A Positioning Season – God intentionally aligning you with His leveraged timing, purpose, plan, process, power & authority for a “season of promotion” so you will be positioned as the brand and product to be received in what’s next.

During these seasons, our vision and identity is continually being refined/redefined to carry the “weight” while we wait. It increases our faith and trust relationally as we learn more about ourselves, God, others, and our assignments specifically for the great commission.

When you understand the season you are in, you will have more of an open heart & mind to receive God’s timing for the purpose of influencing, impacting, and leading your assignment according to His plan & process.

Can you see how God arranges life events to represent His planned process that we must go through in order to yield with faith, trust, and obedience to His divine timing?

Meditation in Nature…

MEDITATING ON HIS WORD

Meditation in nature can lead to increased mindfulness, relaxation, being rooted & and grounded along with a sense of overall well-being. This entails finding a peaceful place and using the environment to enhance your sensory experience and awareness of being present in the moment with the Lord and yourself.

Meditation can stimulate a sense of peace, joy, and fulfillment engaging all five senses—sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch—of nature and becoming mindful of your spiritual connection while meditating on His Word and the visions of what you have already been given.

“Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do.” – Joshua 1:8
